theres ones that also work that are not on their list. my samsung tab s2 8in works as well as many other devices.

The Androids do offer more screen for the $.
I might need to mortgage my house for Apple products but I am going blind trying to see a 4" iPhone screen

I just saw someone bragging on a Huawei XT2 HD Quad core was a really good device. $89. Walmart 5.7"screen

no problem seeing my 8in screen lol. just becareful the tablet need at least 4gb of ram to run the DJI GO properly

I've been using the K88 Trek. It has been amazing for me. I was lucky enough to go by AT&T and pick up one when I was shopping for a tablet.I'm very happy with it.

I have never look at the list  closely. I did take a glance. All my phones are from brandless names. They are from China and they are cheap but good.
I had a P3S, sold away and bought a Mavic. I used and am stll using brandless or you never heard of brand as mobile phones for my self and for the DJI GO app. Android, yes.
All performing well. NO NEED to buy Samsung or Apples or the xepensive phones.

Same attitude, I have.
I have been a beta tester, by luck, in several cool programs. I am not afraid of learning what works, for ME.  Hope you get yours...
