Hi,

I'm experiencing some clicking sound in my Osmo mobile's roll motor. Pls see vid attached - you can hear the sound while I was doing auto calibration and when I moved the joystick. The motor also feels hot after its switched on for abt 40secs.

Is there a way to fix this ourselves? I'm at the start of my south america trip and will I won't have the Osmo for the rest of my trip if I send it back!

Hi, sir. The sound is abnormal. Did you get any error message? Please ensure that the gimbal is level when the osmo is off.

Didn't get any error messages. Have opened a case for refund/ replacement. Is refund for Osmo mobile valid within 15 days?
