Hello ,I bought a phantom 4 advanced , when I turn it on and connect to the advice i got and error message on the screen " gimbal motor overloaded"
what's that mean , and how can i fix it .

Did you remove the gimbal clamp before starting the drone.

yes i did both of them i removed

Try re-calibrating IMU, compass and gimbal. Then restart the drone and the RC

Does the gimbal move freely across each axis by hand when it’s switched off.

also i did , but its the same this , and i heard a noise from camera , and when i turn it on the camera never been straight

yes its move freely after switch off

Has it ever worked properly for you or has it just started, also has the drone had any hard landings or crashes.

i bought it before a week ago , and never had any hard landing or crash, and the problem from when use it for the first time .

I would return it.

Sounds like an issue with the gimbal from the factory, you could try blowing compressed air into the motors to try and dislodge any sort of debris, but your best bet would to be to return it.
