Does the phantom 3 have the anti lens distortion that the inspire 1 has?

The Phantom 3 doesn't have the fish-eye distortion older models had. This is similar to the Inspire 1. If you are referring to something else please clarify.

The P3 has a rectilinear (flat field) wide angle lens rather than the fisheye lens that Gopros and earlier Phantom 2s had.
