Good morning, CONFIGURATION: Zenmuse X7 + 4 Lens sets + Cendence on a INSPIRE 2

TEST: we have Test the MANUAL FOCUS by analog slide on Cendence and X7

• X7+24mm lens:  The MANUAL FOCUS by analog slide on Cendence     (TEST OK) and working perfecly
• X7+35mm lens: The MANUAL FOCUS by analog slide on Cendence     (TEST OK) and working perfecly
• X7+50mm lens: The MANUAL FOCUS by analog slide on Cendence     (TEST OK) and working perfecly
• X7+16mm lens: The MANUAL FOCUS by analog slide on Cendence     (PROBLEM) the analog slide not working on cendence but Manual focus working perfectly on DJI GO 4
  
  

I have also calibrate lens but the problem not disappear

Can other USERS test if they have same issue?

PLEASE DJI TEST IT or solve the problem in the next firmware update

This focus dial is probably nothing more than just a marketing gimmick. I have never seen anybody been able to actually use it. It never works!

DJI can make drones fly - but they have no idea how to make solid camera software. It would be great if DJI spend some of their billions on hiring quality devs and great camera software engineers so that their products could actually do as they promise in their marketing material.

with 24,35,50mm the dial working well ..... only with 16mm there is this problem

I have do the first install and activation of the X7 with 16mm lens mounted; and update the INSPIRE-2 to the last version.

I don't no if this is the cause but now only the 16mm not working with the FOCUS ring on the cendence.

Other lens I have install for the first time after the UPDATE..... and all working 24,35,50mm with the FOCUS ring on the cendence
