Nice technical exercise, but props this small must be WAY off before you'll see a performance decrement, even at the RPM they're turning. Better if you could measure some performance variation, which would be a very interesting technical exercise, indeed.

I go through dimalar procedure checking one prop at a time. but I bluetac a small container with some water in to the top of my Mavic, you can check vibrations via ripples caused on top of water

Really? Thats sounds very methodical.

Performance isn't the issue as much as vibration.  Vibration causes wear on all parts of the drone, starting right at the motors and mounts.
