I install DJI GO on more than one mobile.

I find it cannot work/connect.

Is this correct? only one mobile.

I have it on my iPad and iPhone 5s. So yes you can have it on two devices.

If you are having trouble connecting your device may not be compatible to the go4 app

Last night, I have installed Go on 3 mobiles. The other two didn't work. Now I tried again and it worked on another one. I am waiting for a longer cable to come. Dji cable is too short. The video at first was horrible. Now it is OK and acceptable. Thanks.

By the way, all my mobiles are bought from China and there are not well known. However, they are cheap and work well. I have no Apple, Samsung etc

You use standard cable? What kind of cable. Dji provides short ones of little use.
