I just purchased the Osmo Mobiles
I've been playing with it for a few days and am considering returning the device.

The 4k video is so glitchy it's not usable at all. I'm running on an iPhone 7. It's spotty playback on my phone and on my mac. My Mac is a decked out brand new 27" iMac with 64gb of Ram and 2tb SSD hard drives.

The DJI App crashed 2 times during filming this afternoon.

The gimbal has shut down 3 or 4 times. It just says recalibrate and it goes limp.


Please tell me what needs to happen to get this device to a working status. It is currently unusable.

May I have the original footage of the spotty quality in 4K resolution? Is it convenient to upload to Dropbox or Google Driver and post the link here?
How about the 4K quality with the original Camera APP?
For the APP crash issue, may I have the iOS system version and APP version?
For the third issue, did you balance the gimbal well before powering on the device? Did you remove the phone case?
