After holding off for so long to do the update I finally got it done today and now I have no video please add the bats 600 so I can get this back working

Hi. I assume that by "bats" you mean you're after access to the beta firmware for the P4. There's other threads on this. I suggest that you PM one of the DJI mods directly with your email address - they may not see this request under this thread title.

Keep in mind thought that the beta resolves erratic flight and 4K video recording resetting the gimbal after a couple of minutes. It may not fix your specific video problem. More detail is needed to advise on that.

Did you update your RC to V1.9.3 ?

If that's not done at same time as aircraft then you will have communications problems.

As far as you can tell is video loss the only issue? So all else lights up etc etc

yeah it did not update the R/C and was unable to do it . Finally found the old trick of using DJI 3 to get it to update. as soon as i got it to update i got video back. I have not been able to fully test yet as it is really windy today but as soon as i can get a test in i will post results

Good that you got it sorted, but which version of GO are you using and on which platform? That issue was supposedly fixed in the latest iOS GO v4.1.20 and Android v4.1.22.

My bad i was running 4.18 an a I Pad pro 12.7" i did not see the new 4.20 but am downloading as i type

Ah, good. It was v4.1.18 where they broke that. v4.1.20 fixed it (and I have no idea what happened to v4.1.19)
