It looks to me as if you are replaying a flight you did previously, where yo indoors when you recorded that?

It seems that the GPS quality is not very good. Does the issue remain if change to another open location?

maybe flying over a lake or water ?

No, this is outdoors, its a flight plan

Yes, its the same in different locations

I understand that flying over water should not affect the gps at all

The obvious cause is a problem with your Phantom because nothing should affect GPS reception out in the open..
Either a poor connection between the GPS receiver unit and the mainboard or a broken GPS unit.

Did you upgrade recently to the latest firmware?

I have had the same issue about 3 times lately.  I almost lost it last time.  I had 12 or more sats on takeoff and then went straight to zero about 1 minute into the flight. All flights in open space in country areas.

The drone is like new, it has not suffered any accident, I'm going to send it to be verified
