My Spark RC has not taken a charge for a few weeks...No matter what source I plug into the connector(including the DJI power cord)

Anyone else having this issue?...suggestions?

I have seen people talk about rolling back the software but my battery is so low it likely will not allow for that.

My spark rc too and it wont turn on anymore . They cant help at all the support. the only thing is to have it replaced

The USB jack on the RC is very delicate and it is almost impossible to tell which way around to plug in the jack.. I thought I broke mine the very first time I plugged it in.... Someone good with a magnifing glass and a soldering iron might be able to fix it.

I doubt it is a batt problem but most likely a plug one!
That design of the USB Micro A socket is not that good for the micro B plug anyway.
Since the Micro B can very easily 'fit', one time, upsidedown!
