Title says it all, just downloaded but not tried yet.

I wonder what new restrictions can we expected?
Recently stopped working 32 channel hack on both Android and iOS.

Odd thig is it doesn’t show as an update needed drom 4.1.20 in the app store.
But if you delete the app & reinstall, it is 4.1.22.

That’s odd. I had v4.1.20 installed on my iPhone, and the App Store correctly advised me of an update.

I'm having problems with the DJI Go 4 app crashing mid flight, today I flew 3 batteries and had to reset at least 7-10 times the app mid flight.

I've not had any chance to fly with 4.1.22 (weather, family, celebrations :-)  ), but not noticed any problems as yet running indoor checks. Which device are you using ?

iPad 4 Mini with the latest version of iOS and the most recent DJI Go 4 app...

iOS version 11.2.2 has literally just appeared here on my iOS devices. If I remember correctly one of the things that was going to be 'corrected' was a USB problem. So that may just be the answer to your crashing (losing USB link to the RC). Worth a try if not already at iOS 11.2.2.

My devices updating now.

Edit:- I seem to remember disconnections were a problem for me if App' started before RC powered up AND switching between App's, then returning to DJI Go 4.

It's an odd one, my iPad Pro 9.7 seems quite happy, switching between Apps, making adjustments before returning to DJI Go 4 (4.1.22). However I can't say the same for iPhone 6S Plus, switching away from DJI Go 4 then back again shows Disconnect between Device & RC.

OK. Thinking outside the square, do you have Background App Refresh off on your 6S+?  Under Settings\General.

Hello Elektra, have no problem with the update app, using IPAD Mini 4, just still the wobble of the P4 when flying fast, as reported many times before. Everything is on the latest version. Drone is on Beta.600

Good point, Background refresh was off on tablet (worked well), background refresh was active on iPhone 6s plus (there are things I like to keep updated). So that may be the difference between the two, I'll have to do a test with refresh off on phone for duration and see if that helps.

This is not something I would normally do when flying (jumping between App's) but did get caught out once or twice when adjusting screen brightness, and simplest fix was to remove and reinsert USB plug on RC. Other than that I've never had any disconnects in flight using the iOS devices.

OK - just a thought. But I would have thought that Background Refresh should be enabled to ensure DJI GO isn't put to sleep when in the background. Anyway, it's interesting to note that DJI GO doesn't appear to be listed with a specific capability to turn background refresh on or off for it, whereas (on my device) I can individually turn it on and off for Litchi and Hangar360.
