Hi All

   So I have a phantom 4 pro+, I just upgraded firmware to 01.02.0.00 and now. When I am flying and I tild my camera straight down and I fly frontwards and backwards (back and forth) thus rocking the aircraft front to back, the image flips verticaly (becoming upside down) on my display / controller.   I can it to flip right side up again by moving the drone quickly in the forward direction.  

Anyoe else having this issue? I notice all of my settings where reset as well. I don't know of any setting that would cause this though.

Thanks A CW, I tried refresh and that did not cure the problem. I downgraded firmware and that seems to have fixed it.

Cool - stay on the previous version until they fix it. Look out for announcements on here. You can also uninstall and reinstall Assistant 2 and ensure your MacBook/computer is on the latest IOS before reinstalling. That may help with future updates.

It also does it when you roll left and right a few times trying to line up a shot.  

Has anyone opened a case with DJI on it? I would but it's too dang cold to be outside for more than 5 minutes trying to trouble shoot.

I have the same problem

I rolled my firmware back. Other than the pano feature, which I can live without, there's nothing in it I care about.

True, I thought the new pano mode might be fun to mess with. My Mavic and Spark still have it so I'm good.

Hi all, I'm having the exact same issue as described above (Current Firmware version v01.05.0300).
As this happened during one of my first flights with the P4P (bought it last week) I thought my device was defective.
So, what is the recommended solution please? Should I downgrade to version v01.04.0602 or will DJI release a firmware update?

true, I think the engineers are in different rooms and not allowed to converse.

I did not get the beta version. I am still waiting.

Brief description of the issue: During flight, when pointing the camera completely down towards the ground, the camera output from the Phantom on my mobile device flips upside down. This happens both in video and photo mode. A (few) second(s) later, the image flips again to normal - and a (few) second(s) later, the image flips upside down again.... this keeps on repeating.
DJI Go App version: 4.1.22
Aircraft firmware version: v01.05.0300
Remote firmware version: v01.04.01.00
Mobile device model used (if any): iPhone 7 32Gb

I have the very same annoying problem after the last firmware update.
It also causes a weird orange tint on all the still images shot once the flipping occurs...

I need this Obsidian for my commercial shoots and this issue needs to be fixed really fast.

I'm using DJI GO 4 on a crystalsky 8".
Pano mode is only available for IOS platform.

Except Pano mode added on Firmware version v01.05.0300 was are the benefits from v01.04.0602 ?
For info I downgraded to v01.04.0602 (more stable, no inverted camera etc.)

Hi, I need to do this as welll for same issue. Is it hard to downgrade firmware?

Not at all - launch DJI Assistant 2 with everything turned on, go into FW and the list of FW options will show. Click download next to the FW version you want to revert back to and it will downgrade to that option erasing the current FW during the process.

I've got the same issue too:

As you can see "what's new" on the release note, the new firmware added Pano shooting modes (with DJI GO 4 v4.1.20 or higher) and optimized GEO Zone Management, it also fixed a rare issue where progress could stall during gimbal auto calibration.
Btw, I had forwarded the beta to your account, you can either downgrade the firmware or update the beta. Thanks.
