Dear DJI Forum users,
2018 is here! But the time for reflection on 2017 has not quite yet passed! Over the last year, you guys must have traveled a lot, learned a lot, and of course taken some really awesome pictures with your drone. Surely, you must have a favorite? So why not share your last year's magnum opus (both photos and videos count). If you do share, you will have the chance to get a DJI New Year Gift Box!

Here is fun parody video I made with my Mavic Pro.  The legendary opening scene of TOP GUN is re-mastered with exclusive drone footage.     Also, my New Year wishes to DJI is that 2018 be another incredible success year.  May DJI continue lead the drone industry and launch more innovation!

Maybe not the best pictures, but for me ..the most rewarding.
After having to put the p4p in hold luggage, Lufthansa then loosing it, spending a day in Athens with no clothes except the white shirt they give you in the pack when they lose or delay your stuff, a 4000 mile round trip, the hassle of adding p4p to full value on travel insurance, it finally arriving in my hotel room...
I got to fly the phantom on the last day for a flight lasting just over a minute(I came for one shot, I got it)
Those 70ish seconds and 4 photos were worth every bit to me.

These are my best maneuvers in year 2017. WARNING: Some shots are not recommended for beginners. Don't try this at home.
NOTE: All clips in this video were shot as it is. No reverse footage done in post. Speed altered to match the audio. Color enhancement done.

I had one go to record the train (only one in 3 hours), I've never chased a train before and never used the course lock feature either. Everything I did then was intuitive and a first for me. I was really satisfied with the shot. This is my favorite shot of 2017 Taken with Phantom 3 Standard

I've chosen two of my videos which took me by surprise and they are both "firsts" for me. The second video was filming above a very thick fog. I was awed when the drone popped out of the clouds and the view that struck me for the first time ever really left a mark in me.
