HI There,

The last two days I am stuck with my phantom 4 pro, its showing navigation error, cannot take off,
I just replace GPS Module but still the problem showing,  I update the firmware, did the factory reset, tried a lot of ways, but still the same issue, please anyone can help me here,

Have you tried with previous FW version, thinking you have the latest now?
If using Assistant 2 to flash, try as suggested by others, flash without card mounted, reset to defaults, flash once more.

hi there, yes now I have the latest version.  I upgraded through DJI Assistant 2 only.
you mean I have to downgrade to the previous version.

What is the temperature? It is very cold in most of the States and the low end of the spec is 32F. Why did you replace the GPS Module?

Is it showing an error message that says Navigation Error?
I haven't heard of that before.
I think the best thing to do would be to contact DJI online support and ask them for help.

Sounds like you have a bad GPS module, is your location on the remote

From searching this error it look like there is more chance that it is the Compass that fails.
What is the story before this, what has happened before you decide to replace the GPS module?

When did this issue start? Did anything happen before, like hard landing or crash? Could you please provide a screenshot of the error message?
