Hi I recently got my first Phantom3S and i cant get enough. I have had many drones and  very familiar with mods but none of which were up to par with phantom. In this case i rather ask before trying. So first question is if argtek and other antenna mods for p3s controller worth it and really make a big difference? Lastly i have antennas from a broken advanced phantom, is it possible and if so is it possible to use them on the p3s controller?

No, it is not possible to use the Advanced antennas because the Standard and Advanced use different transmission schemes.

Oh ,okay it was a gift and the antenna is slightly damaged and figured perfect chance for a mod/repair since I can't afford a kit ATM and I have the p3a antennas. Thank you for your time @geebax

Forget the adv antenna, its light bridge to the bird, and the PS3 uses wifi and 5.8 Ghz signal.

What I did is install the DBS mod.

Easy to install, and it is worth the money.

After install,

Nice ,nice I'll just have  to put somemoney aside and get those ..... thanks jpnl
