I got problem with taking photos and videos with my Mavic pro. I can´t press the buttom on the screen or on the control. Does someone now how to help me?

Be sure the micro SD (memory) card is inserted correctly into the Mavic AC and formatted.

Thanks for the tips. I've found the error to be a disturbance between the dji app and dronedeploy that makes me unable to take photo or movie. When I restart the droner and dji the app by default, it will work again.

Need PHOTO BUTTON HELP!!
OK I have tried reloading App and restarting controller, even reconnected remote to my Mavic Pro..
.
Controller photo button will take 1-2 photos when first started. Then no photos from controller button or button on screen.
What am I missing??
