hi
flew phantom 3 adv last week on ipad mini 2 with no problems ios ver 11.0

today the ipad mini wasnt charged so got my iphone 5s out and ran the app and it wouldnt open
it just tries to open then hangs for about 10 seconds then goes off and back to home screen
iphone ios is 11.0.3
i have forced every thing to close and deleted app and reinstalled it still no good
only rhing i havnt done is update ios,dont realy want to if i can help it

why did ipad mini work last week with same ios and wont work now

also dji go 4 wont open on ipad mini 2 now?

updated ios on iphone 5s to 11.2.1 and all works again

why did it work last week on ipad mini and not this week

I had that issue on my iPad - I upgraded the iPad to the latest iOS and that cleared the problem. No idea why.

Ensure you are running the latest OS since you reloaded DJI app.
