I am having trouble calibratiing my vision sensor.  I downloaded dji assistant 2 and when I get to the calibration step that says align red box with green box but there is no red box.  
Has anyone else had this issue and would know how to fix?   Thank you!

Thank you,  I just tied that and it didn't work.  

just out of curiosity...why are you calibrating?

the right sensor box is grey and not picking up a image like the left is.

Ah...I also just read you prior post with the pics.  IMO is sounds/looks like the right sensor might be "toast".

Yeah I have,  I have seen a few videos on it and none of them address the problem I am having.  I have seen one other person having my issue,  and I am not sure how it was fixed.
  You may have a good point that the sensor could be bad.   Thank you.

Did anything happen before, like hard landing or crash? Is the firmware of the drone up to date? If not, please upgrade the firmware, then try it again.

I am having same issue. no red box. I think the sensors are flaky. Upward and downward fail. did factory reset, updated firmware,

For me the problem was the connection for my vision censor had come undone.  I had to take the body off and reconnect the censor.
