My drone has been with you since 12/12/2017 but the repair status shows as received but the repair hasn’t been started. I have dji care so there is no charge to me, I have clicked on pay for repair in the case enquiry but it says dji care is paying for it but I don’t have any idea what is happening with my drone or how long you are going to keep it before you start to repair it.

What is happening?

One month since I sent it off and still no indication on repair time or when I am likely to get it back.

We have sent you the invoice in 12, Dec, and our support has made it clearly in the email that ''could you please e-mail support.eu7@dji.com and let us know if you agree with the deduction of £83.48 from your DJI Care Coverage please.'' invoice.png
May I know if you have sent email to them to verify you agree to deduct from DJI Care?
