Hi.

Twice in the last two weeks whilst flying, the image from the camera has flipped upside down 180 degrees.  I was recording the first time and have the footage.  The onle way to resolve the issue on both occasions was to land and restart the phantom.

Has anyone else experianced this or heard of anyone who has?

I have the newest firmware installed.

Many thanks

Craig.

One of the admins here said DJI is aware of the issue and recommends you go back to the previous FW via Assistant 2. She said the engineers are working on it, should be a new FW release with the fix soon.

It was my understanding that once the new firmware is loaded there is no going back to the previous version.

That is incorrect. If you connect to it via Assistant 2, there's an option on the firmware tab to go back to the previous version. Your P4P will complain it wants to update whenever you start up Go 4, just ignore it and fly.

That is correct, you can't go back and have a stable working version but after the latest buggy one you still can go back to the previous buggy one.

Spray it down with some Black Flag bug spray!

This dud they released is the tip of the iceberg, hope they release something soon.

Me too! Upside down. I mean it’s fine because you can flip it in Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro but flying inverted gives me a funny tummy when I’m looking at the screen()()(

Send a PM to a mod and ask for the .301 beta, this fixes the issue but not 100% there is still a wee wobble but it does not invert anymore
