This is not actually made by DJI, it's made by "Shenzhen RYZE Tech Co. Ltd." (Ryze Robotics), but uses some of DJIs technology. No doubt they had a big influence in developing and producing it, but it's not a DJI drone as we know them - but for £99 / $99 / €99, who cares right!?

This will be great for kids for sure.

Cough-cough yeah I only hope polar pro doesn't make ND filters for it and that nobody moans on here when they lose signal without an OTG. At that price - who cares! LOL

Tell me about it HallMark! I just can’t wait for the Spark vs. Tello comparisons - and as there is always one on YT  - the Inspire 2 vs Tello who will prefer the tello because it fits in his pocket LOL

I tend not to engage too much on that forum these days - the whole OTG thing does my head in!

It might even coin the phrase "Is that a Tello in your pocket ?"

It is marketed towards kids and programming right? So we can remove any software limitations? With the DJI Goggles it will be great fpv drone and at this price I won't care if it hit a wall.

Strange looking motors, they look like brushed but have not got my mitts on one so I am not sure.
If they are brushed though, one would hope that spares are readily available

I actually think this is a better buy than the Spark and probably a lot more fun. A few of the oldies would enjoy this just as much as the kids.

I don't know why DJI's name is on it.  Perhaps they're concentrating on the commercial user and shifting the hobby stuff a discount outlet.  $99 is a bargain compared to a Spark.
