You need to upload your video to Youtube, Vimeo, Dropbox. Google Drive or some other sharing site and then post a link on this forum. You have just posted a link to the file location on your PC and that won't work.

Agree with Jenee, please upload your video to Youtube, then post the Youtube link here, we'll be able to enjoy your video.
