Hi,

I have installed the beta FW in my P4A and started doing some tests. So far everything works ok, except for a minor nuisance. If I select RAW, it always take RAW + JPEG when shooting in panorama mode. Other modes work as expected (RAW = Only RAW).

I know it is not a big deal, but I would like to know if anybody else has this issue. Sorry if this has been covered before.

Hi there, just to verify, does the issue appear in every flight in panorama mode? Could you upload a short video of your operation? We'd like to check the exact status.

Hi Susan,

Thanks for your response. The issue appears every time I select panorama mode. I can switch between normal photo and pano and the issue happens only (and every time) in panorama mode. I made a short video that shows the issue, you can find it here:  

I rebooted the phone just in case and there were no other apps running.

Equipment details:
Iphone 7 Plus, iOS 11.4.1
DJI GO 4 version 4.2.24
Aircraft version 01.00.0800
Remote controller version 02.01.01.00

Update: Just got an update from our engineers that it is normal in panorama mode as the stitching requires JPEG file, no worries.

Hi Susan,

Thanks for the update and the clarification. The jpeg would be necessary if you perform the stitching directly in the DJI app but not if you do it in an external software such as Lightroom, Autopano or PtGUI. In any case I understand that it would be useful to do a preliminary check on the app in case you need to repeat it.
