hello I have a problem with my drone the dji phantom 4 pro the direct reception to the smartphone does not connect with the controller know that I have the samsung galaxy a5 2017 right now and that I always use it to drive the drone

Hi,  Let me understand, are you trying to connect the phone directly to the aircraft with a cable?

Try to reinstall the software.....

Sir, what is the model of your device? I would recommend you use the devices in our recommended list. Any error message from the app? Please sync all the flight records and reinstall the app. Please keep us updated.

thanks to you I plugged the drone to the computer and redid all the updates and this one is back but I just have a question to make himself that I do not have a range of 7km and the detectors on the sides does not work in gps mode

The 7 km range is theoretical, and only under FCC rules, In EU the range is limited because the output RF power is sensibly less. The infrared side sensors do not work 24/7, they have precise Labour Union limitations, which are reported in the manual :-)

Antonio is right about that. Belgium follow CE mode. And the range of CE mode of P4P is 3.5km. FCC mode allows P4P to fly 7 km at most. Thanks for your understanding.
