My second post in one day. The controller kept reminding me I need to upgrade. No problem I'll be happy to upgrade. But it also says I need to complete my registration.
I tried to upgrade yesterday but the process froze. I had followed the DJI tutorial. I turned off the controller and drone. Decided to try later. Today the screen says I need to "Link" with a phone number to complete my registration, enter my mainland China phone number. Sorry, do have one as I'm a citizen of the US of A.
I did not enter a phone number during the initial registration since it asked for either an email or phone number. I choose email address.
Ok, what's my next move other than sending back the Phantom 4 Pro +?
All seemed to be in order for the past week with the entire system until I tried to upgrade from V01.02.02.00 to the next V4.1.15. I stopped the process because it continued to freeze. Now I'm locked out.
How can I download Assitant 2 app directly to my computer? I think the process would move faster than through the Android device. I would like to first try out the drone before upgrading. I read there are issues with upside down images with the following upgrades.
My confidence color is in amber mode. Please if possible, point me in the right direction.
