Is it possible to connect any cel in Remote Controller With Display ?

I purchased this controller with display, but i really need some apps, that i just can open in cel?

or, is there another way, for example, connect to GOOGLE PLAY and download any app?

That looks to be the controller for a P4P+ with built-in sacreen. If so, then it is not possible to load external apps to the screen.
