Looks like those who ordered after 20 April has a estimated delivery late May..that's what support told me and I'm a little pissed cous they f*cked up my payment and that probably moved me further down the list.. Now they won't answer where I'am in priority list, I just get a standard answer with "we are shipping according to payment order".
In my case they pre authoritized my payment 13 April, but 7 days later they dropped it and money came back to my account, nothing I can control or do, I had to email them and then it took another 2 days before they charged my card again.
Also, customer reference number is for support only, it has nothing to do with priority list.
DJI will NOT tell you about your queue number if you are way down on the list, why? Well because if they tell you you are 1-2months from getting your order they will lose a lot of customers.
