Hi, just purchased two new batteries. Unfortunately one of them is not charging. LED no1 on it flashes quickly 15 times and it repeat that sequence in about 10 seconds over and over. When I'm trying to turn it on all the LED light up and switch off straight away not indicating battery level. There is a red light on a charging hub. I did try to charge without hub but nothing happens.

looks like a bad cell, need to return it for warranty replacement.

Contact DJI. Looks like a faulty unit.

Internal board fault or bad cell/s - ship it back asap for a brand new replacement

Assuming battery is not too hot, agree look faulty.

Sir, LED 4 flashes which means the temperature is too high and you can try to cool down the battery. If the problem remains, please contact our support and start a case first: http://www.dji.com/support. When did you buy your battery? Please provide the purchase certificate to our support.
