Just turned on my phantom 3 pro for the first time in a few months. Tried to get into camera mode so i could fly it and i only have an option of "How to connect". Trying to resolve this issue i see that my RC isnt connecting to the drone, how do i connect the controller without getting into camera view?

Hi there, may I know which mobile device do you use? Please try to change the cable or reinstall the APP to see whether it helps. Alternatively. you can try to link RC without the APP:

a. Turn on both the aircraft and the controller. Hold C1, C2, and the record button (top left button) on the controller.
b. Then press the wheel on the right side of the controller
c. Use a tool to click the linking button on the aircraft and hold for 2 seconds, and it will link soon.

I use a galaxy j3 which has worked well in the past, i also use iphone 6s which also isnt connecting. Ive lost count as how many times i tried to reinstall the app.
