I have just received my Matrice 600pro.My devices tell me I need to activate the unit by connecting it to my laptop (in my case a MacBook Pro) and running Assistant 2.
I followed your instructions to the letter,
Logged into DJI account,
Seeing M600pro and LB2
1-Confirmed account,
2-Agreed to terms of use,
3-Confirm disclaimer and warnings,
But then..... Activation failed, Please retry.
I repeat steps 1-3 and it just goes around in a circle.

Has anyone had this issue before, am I doing something wrong?
Do I need to fire up the controller and app?

Please help, my R&D has ground to a halt.....

I had this same problem, tried activating with a whole new laptop and it worked in a pinch.
