Hello everyone, I wanted to have some clarifications about the maximum height of the drones, I own a mavic pro and can fly a maximum of 500 meters in height. Is there a DJI drone that allows you to get to higher altitudes? I have also read on the net that it is a question of different propellers to reach a greater share, is it so? Thank you all

Unless your flying from a very high altitude, the props won't help. Your height limit is a software/firmware limit, not physics.

If you have a look at the Specs page for the Mavic Pro, it states it has:

Max Service Ceiling Above Sea Level        16404 feet (5000 m).

So, depending on the rules in your country as to whether your max height is above ground or above sea level will depend on how high you can fly. If it is above ground level, then you can hike up a mountain that is a couple of thousand mts high and fly 500mts above that.

The maximum distance between MP and RC on the vertical should be obtained without problems 4Km! because there is no unobstacle between MP and RC antennas! But from the video on youtube we see that already at 2000 meters already there is no longer a signal of communication! So by no means on a horizontal flight we will not reach 4km as specified in the manual! 4km refers to 2 km flight forward + 2 km return! Not the maximum distance of MP from RC. With obstacles the distance is reduced to 600 meters ... even less ... depending on the obstacles .. something that can not be anticipated

I understand why DJI enforce this Stupid 500m limit and agree that drones should not interfere with light aircraft and commercial one.
But in the mountains where I frequently fly this is meaningless - limit should be above the surface (but Mavic cant measure this ) because I am starting in a valley and start climbing thru slopes in order to reach some nice but remote location... Just thoughts
