hello everyone.. im havin great troubles with dji go app.. it exits continously and it seems that there are no flight data..
today i during flight i pressed rth and the app suddently exited... my p3a started flyin weirdly and i understood that it was time to
get it down... in atti mode... it has changed the mode when the app exited... so please... tell me what to do...
im on moto g5s with the latest firmware version (7.1.1) and completely free of another apps..
fw on ac 1.11.20 (latest)
fw on rc 1.9.2 (latsest)
and dji go app version 3.1.23 (latsest)

please tell me what to do... i dont wanna lose my drone because of ac firmware or app fault... please help me..

The app itself is fine, but it's very demanding.
When people complain about the performance of the app, the usual cause it the drvice they are trying to run it on.

Try a better device as suggested above. Perhaps you just need something with a faster CPU. . .

Check the DJI list of tested devices, and go from there.

The apps are very demanding, with all the bloatware installed, so you need lots of power, at hand.

Advise to only fly with your dedicated device in Airplane mode as well.

Please enable the Airplane mode of your phone when the DJI App is running. Besides, I would recommend you try a recommended device, see if it helps. Here is the recommended device list for your reference.

It looks like the device should work in theory. CPU aint too bad and it has 3gb ram, so, my suggestion to you would be to back it off some.

Root the device
Install a slime line version of Android 6 (then ignore all device updates)
Install a slimline version of Gapps (googla apps) prob sommat like playstore and gmail
Then install the Dji app and see if it works, if not then sideload an older version
Use in airplane mode as suggested about too, not only does this extend battery, it will also release some of the system resources normally used

Doing the above should get you going with a device of those specs, as its you main go to device, i would suggest trying to limit the amount of apps you install, more apps running in the background will use up valuable system resources .

im not goin to root my brand new mobile phone.. and im always in airplane mode before take off..
i bought a samsung galaxy tab a only for flight puposes its on dji compatitible dev list and it seems to have image transmition issues.. when drone is 30m away from rc the image is freezin... thats why im tryin with phone.. witch yes its way more faster and of course its got plenty of space.. only dji go from my apps and a lot preinstalled have been unintalled or deactivated.. dji go app has got plenty of ram..
i jumped from 1.11.20 ac fw to 1.11.30 due to weird compass stuck errors (there is nothin to get stuck! and while airborne my little friend has no problem) when doin csc to take off.. never had issues like this before so tried that to see if that helps..
i ve purchased tab a due to economical problems that im facin.. i got fired and you know how it goes..

hello again.. is there anyone from dji?? i really wanna know what is causin "compass stuck" errors on my drones flight log..
every kind of app issue begun when i started "playin" in simulator.. dont know if that could help..
im givin the 4 last flight logs and a small video of sensors state.. dont know if compass needs change or sth is causin to it some kind of interference or sth like that..
