I’m looking to buy a DJI, sadly I live in Vietnam and it’s tough to buy one out here. I contacted a guy in the states who says he has one. He has shared many photos and seems legit but when I asked for serial numbers of the batteries and the drone he said that this is his privacy and he won’t share that information.

Is this a common thing or should this be a huge red flag for me?

If it sounds too good to be true it’s probably not. Trust that Dji Diana is giving you the best place to purchase your new Mavic.

Stay away...there's nothing private in regards to SN #'s.  Though I'm not sure what you would do with them.

Totally  this is true . If it works good there no reason he would want to sell it either
