i'v bought a new P3P
for my first fly big problem: return video very bad: black screen with logo DJI; image fixed; it was impossible to control the aircraft
I've changed the flat cable USB; I ve turned on encodage hardware
my leds are good on the aircraft and on the RC; the firmware upgrade seems also to be good (" success" on the sdcard result)
my devices: iphone 8+ and iphone 6  iOS 11.2.2 ( the problem is the same for both)
DJI GO  v3 1.23

I've posted a mail for DJI support and i think that monday they have to contact me

i don't understand; the P3P is brand new; my device iphone 8+ also
how can i fix that?

PS: with my ex P3 4K it was perfetc with the iphone 6 ( but i crashed it !!!!)

Hello Dominique, may I know what's the current version of the aircraft and controller? You can check it in DJI GO>General Settings>About. Make sure the firmware are matched, then link RC to see whether it helps.
