I inadvertantly backed into a post while flying inside.  The machine fell about 8 feet and the lower half of the frame is cracked almost all the way through - broke 2 props.  Still flies fine.  The arms are still lined up.  Can I put epoxy on the cracks?  Should I dremel them out a bit deeper first to ensure good bead of epoxy?  I would contact DJI support but I'm pretty sure they would tell me to send it in for repair and I'm thinking it would be pretty expensive - and I am probably going to damage it some more while learning to fly it more agressively, so I might as well get more use from it before major repairs are needed.   I thought some clever guy might have repaired their machine successfully.

Hi. Sorry to hear.

You can track down spare shell parts for DJI drones online, but haven't heard from anyone looking for the P4A. Google is your friend.

Otherwise I've heard of people having success using the Weld-on plastic glue for stress cracks on their Phantoms. Perhaps that'll be a good glue to track down. There's a few different types though, so you'll need to research which first but here's one link I found: http://www.eplastics.com/Plastic/abs-glue

Hi there, we're sorry to hear the accident. I'm afraid that the performance can not be ensured after the crash, and sincerely suggest to send it in for a fully diagnosis. The local team will take care once the unit arrived. Regarding to the repair fee, it can be confirmed after damage assessment. You can estimate before sending it in: https://repair.dji.com/repair/price-inquiry
