The updating abort in 62%.... Whats problem??

Hi there, may I know do you update the firmware by DJI GO 4 App or DJI Assistant 2? Is there any error message? Please help us confirm, thanks!

I have the same issue,  from DJI GO 4 App  the process stop at 49% and from DJI Assistant 2  stop at 44%, trying to upgrade V01.03.0400 to 01.04.0200. Moved to another PC same issue. my error is  * undefined 0x020106 * upgrade error. restart and retry * Note Restart  of DJI device before updating the firmware

Sorry to have kept you waiting, please refer to the steps below to upgrade it via the DJI Assistant 2 again.
1. Log into your DJI account.
2. Upgrade the firmware V1.3.8.10 or V1.3.8.11. or V1.3.8.13.
3. Once it's done, please press the "Record" button on RC and make sure it's recording, then start to upgrade firmware to the latest version.

Arturik, it seems that you have not upgraded to the beta firmware. Please refer Mindy's reply in 5# and update to V01.03.0813 successfully first, then make sure it is in the RECORDING mode, and update the firmware as normal progress to see whether the issue remains.

I am also having the same issue. I have the mavic pro arctic white, brand new used 2x. I have it upgrading with the dji go 4 app wirelessly and also the dji goggles wirelessly. I have tried numerous times to restart the controller, the mavic the goggles, tried just updating with goggles off. basically all the differnet combinations. This is a brand new drone, I shouldn't be having these issues.  This is my error code.

dji mavic update error code 0x033c03. I have tried many times to udate via the dji go 4 app and have no success. Tried restarting etc all different times. I also have the racing goggles and don't want the issue of having one thing updated and then they won't connect. I've tried a lot of different things via the forums. Any suggestions? Note I am running the app on a brand new Ipad Pro 9.7 if that matters.

Just to verify, did you try to update the firmware via DJI Assistant 2?

There, how did you update the firmware? DJI Assistant 2 or DJI GO 4? Please try to update via DJI Assistant 2 again, if it still fails, please provide me with the screenshot of the error message, I will check if I can help directly.

Hi there, sorry for the difficulties in updating the firmware, while the beta is only valid for the firmware lower than 01.04.0000.
What is your current firmware version and what was the error code when it failed?

i dont know. i preordered 2 years ago when it first came out and was never able to update the firmware. i was able to upgrade the rc firmware but never the uav
