Hi,

I ran the new firware of my P4P with DJ GO 2. Everything was allright since the upgrade was à 99%. Nothing was changing at these steps for a while.
So, i stopped the upgrade and reset the P4P, the RC and the iPad.
Since thet, when I run the RC the status light is blue and I can't link the RC to the P4P.
With the DJI Assistant 2 I have upgrade everything was needed but it'always the same thing : no link between RC and P4P
I saw on this forum the operation with C1-C2-Shutter or C1-C2-Camera settings. I have the D-DD but nothing work with the link.

Would you please help me ?

Hi there, please refer below and try again: Turn on the RC, hold the C1+C2+Shutter Button at the same time, turn the RC off and on again, then connect the APP to check the status bar to update.
Make sure both aircraft and RC have been updated to the latest version, then link RC. If still no helps, please kindly offer a short video for better assistance.

I delete and reinstall the application but it's always the same thing, I can't link the RC with the P4P

I tried everything: hard reset, firmware upgrade both AC and RC, tried new firmware, tried to downgrade! Nothing worked, still no connection!
