Hi folks, i am sure i read somewhere that you go for +1.0 ie. that if your prescription is say 1.00, you get 2.00's is this correct? as i am about to purchase a pair and need to be certain.

Actiually is DJI that says it
The recommended diopter is +1.0D higher than your prescription. For example, for a +2.0D diopter, +3.0D Goggles corrective lenses should be selected.

Are you talking about the goggles? If so your normal reading glasses should be adequate. One diopter more should also be ok, you need to be able to focus without discomfort at about 10 cm.

Thanks, when using my reading glasses some light comes in from where the arms are and i have the thinnest of arms too :/ so need to get the inserts but i dont want to make the wrong choice
