Hola ... La semana pasada actualicé mi iPad mini 2 a iOS 11.2.2. Desde entonces, cuando uso ir a 4 y presiono el botón de inicio DJIGO aparece como desconectado cuando entro de nuevo en la aplicación. ¿Alguien más tiene la misma cosa?

No estoy seguro de que esto sea lo que te está sucediendo. cuando presiono el botón RTH mi GO 4 aplicacion se apaga todas las veces. Perdí mi registro de vuelo y tengo que iniciar la aplicación de nuevo. No estoy seguro de lo que está haciendo, pero odio perder mi FPV e información en mitad del vuelo.

Hey James, may I know what's the current version of the APP? Have you tried to backup all data and reinstall the APP? Also, please kindly offer a short video for better assistance, thanks!

Edward, what's the OS of your mobile device? Please refer my reply in 3# and confirm more details, we'd like to help.

android ver 7.0 dji go 4 app 4.1.22  I don't have a video of it but every time i use the RTH button on the RC the app shut off and I have to restart it. I also lose the fight data ( the txt files) I will uninstall and reload to see if it makes a difference when the weather clears

Hello Susan. I use the latest version of djigo 4 and GS Pro, recently downloaded.
I will prepare a video for a better explanation. Thank you very much for your interest.

I have experienced this same issue.  App version 4.2.4; iOS 11.2.2; aircraft firmware version 01.04.0602; RC firmware 01.04.01.00  Using an iPad mini 4.

Edward, sorry for the late response. May I know which mobile device do you use? If reinstall does not work, please refer the below and export the crash log for analysis.

It's the compatible problem with iOS 11. Engineers  have communicated with the Apple. If you get this problem, please re-plug the cable.

Yes I did reinstall the app and so far it did take care of problem.  by the way I using a Samsung 7s edge.
