Sorry for my bad English.

I just received a DJI Spark with his remote and I am a beginner.

I started the procedure for initializing the Spark without problem until the firmware update.

There I had a connection loss at 99%  of the update

Since then, Spark no longer transmits any Wifi signal.

I did the last update with DJI Assistant 2.

Same problem no Wifi.

I downgraded the firmware and reset the factory configuration.

Still no wifi.

Then I paired the remote control.

I then put an OTG cable between the remote and the smartphone.

There I can access the spark because the Wifi goes through the remote control.

But it remains impossible to find on the network the Wifi signal of  my Spark.

I can not connect DJI Go between the Android smartphone and the Spark without the remote control.

1. Turn on Spark (first press than second)
2. Wait till Spark initialize
3. Press the battery button for 9 seconds (till you hear 3 beeps from Spark)
4. Enter DJI Go 4 and tap find device
5. Wait for like approx 30 seconds and Spark wifi should appear.

Thing is you cannot have both, cell phone and remote controller bound to Spark at the same time.
It's either RC or cell phone. And switching from one to another involves all steps above.

What eYeSkYeYe is saying:

In case a RC is paired with the Spark, the Spark is not sending a Wifi SSID out!
So your phone CAN'T see one

I noted in the user manual this 9-second story to reset the SSID, password and frequency. I did not understand that it could solve my problem.
Are these connection losses frequent?

Thank you Seven for that clarification. This makes sense. What was less it is the total impossibility to see the Wifi Spark without remote control.

Glad you solve the problem. It is the procedure of resetting the wifi. Here is the video for your reference.

I have the same problem    but won't reset    tried pushing button    for more than   9 secs   but no beep

I have this problem also have tried all can think but all tutorials say press battery button I dont get 1 bleep let alone 3 bleeps and trying to contact dji is a nightmare im based in uk bought spark off amazon and after 4 days have still not flown the thing getting to point of asking for refund

can any one point me in right direction biggest problem I can see is I can't reset because battery tried the second battery as well just doesn't bleep at all

I have the same problem. My reset button (on battery) doesnt work.

I can’t connect my RTC controller to my spark, I’ve tried all the above and nothing. My phone connects but that’s it. RC Wi-Fi never shows up? HELP IM GOING CRAZY!

Bonjour, je viens à vous car mon spark n'émet plus de signal ! Dé que je le met en marche tout les LEDs passe au rouge sans clignoter . Je n'arrive pas à me connecter avec mon téléphone ni avec la radiocommande
