Are these videos from the sd card in the drone or from the mobile device, the ones on the sd card are full resolution, the ones on the device are a low res copy, can you post an unedited short video with the issue.

Hi there, may I know which mobile device do you use? The quality video saved in the SD card, please check whether they play well first. If yes, I'll suggest to change another recommended mobile device to verify.
