After firmware update can not switch from photo to video on app. screen. Record button on remote also does not work.

Refresh the FW and if that doesn't work then downgrade it back to .100 via Assistant 2 and notify DJI support.

Did an upgrade FW and mine works you might want to re-do your update.

If it doesn't help, could you please provide me with the video of it as well as the screenshot of the firmware info page for a better confirmation? Here is the route: power on the drone, RC, app and enter device---upper right icon---general----about.
