Yes, the one with the helipad is the Bitexco Tower (no, it's not the Stark Tower :-D), and about the video special fx, it's an addon for Adobe Premiere called "Looks".

Thanks man. Try to get into Adobe Premiere... once you get the basics, you get excellent results easily!
