Today I converted cash to dji credits. How do I use them. Trying to order without any luck. HELP

When you get to the payment screens following check out on the DJI store you click on the + symbol next to DJI credits and enter the amount you wish to use from your credit balance which is then discounted off of the final total. Note that you can not use DJI credits to pay for shipping costs.

I've seen that before - it disappeared after several minutes. If it still pops up tomorrow then PM one of the DJI Administrators to look into it.

Looks like they're having issues with their server. Probably have to try later...

Give it a bit of time mate - the server doesn't crash anywhere near as much as it once did. It should be back up soon.

Hi Woe, could you please try to quit the page or convert again? If the issue persists, I will report this error to our engineers to check, please also try to convert it via the PC and see if it works. Thank you very much.

I did it on my iPad. Didn’t know I could visit this forum using a pc. Thought only through dji go 4 app. How can I use my pc through dji assistant or some other method

Highlight 'explore' at the top and from the drop down you'll see 'DJI Forum' - tap that and you're in without accessing via any apps.
