Cannot connect USB via bottom port. .  get flashing USB msg and fails to connect. samsung note4 works fine on this lower USB port.  help please I WANT TO USE THIS TABLET!!!

try changing the cable. i use the S2 8in and it works just fine.  I also enabled the developer option for my tablet too

FOUND SOLUTION..   by Queque on U-TUBE.   POWER DOWN S2 then power up while drone and controller are on....

USB bus/transfer for the s2 has is lower/slower than Note.  I had a similar problem with the Galaxy J7 phones vs S7

Now that I can use the tablet, I find that it drains my controller battery by trying to charge the tablet when in use.   drains controller battery fairly quick.. any help here??

Go Settings
Tap "Device maintenance"
Tap Battery
Tap the 3 dots >> Tap "Advanced settings"
Turn off "Fast cable charging"
End!

Could be somewhere else in your device.

There is no other way rather than this.

                                            ahmed i am also using a samsung s-2 8" tablet  model 713 and am interested in the fast charging setting. like the previous post i did not find the turn off  fast charging under the battery settings. maybe this is on the ones they have in kuwait?  some times the same tablet can have a variance in the software for different regions. so any one with a similar sam s-2 8" 713 find this setting? thanks for the post.

I do find that using slow charge I get 2 hrs on my controller use even tho it IS charging my tablet. I just turn things off when not in use.... but i do not find a way for it not to charge...

Can I record to s2 tablet while flying.? Any app for that..?.

Android devices might be charged when connecting the RC. DJI GO 4 app doesn't have the related settings to stop the charging. Hope other users can help.
