as i got the inspire 2 everytime i reach a range of horizantally 1 kilometer, the drone gets fully disconnects and return home and i must be at a altitude of 120meters , and if i was at a altitude of 30-70 meters high it gets disconnect and interference at 150meters or at 400meters i fully reseted everthing including the joysticks and same problem any solution?

I have not seen this problem, I've been able to go as far as 2.9 miles before I get a low battery warning. Are you flying in a dense location or in an open area. Secondly how are your antennas pointed?

antenna are pointed to top(straight) , am on top of a hill in the desert

Did you try several different locations? Are you using 2.4mhz, or 5.8? 5.8 has a better transmission quality, but lower, much lower range.

i use 2.4mhz, i tried areas that are 1-2 kilometers away same result

Depending on the frequency, there are different positions for the antennas.  Check your instructions for the correct angles.

2 things to try
1 Maybe try to downgrade or refresh the FW version you are currently on.
2 Re-link the remote RC to the Inspire 2

Sounds like you are doing everything that I would try. I did not update to the last FW on my Inspire 2. Weather has kept me from flying much lately.

Typically, you can only go back 1 version of the FW. I put a screen shot showing what my Inspire 2 at 01.01.0200

Sorry that you are having trouble. It is very possible you have some kind of hardware problem with your Inspire 2 or remote. If the aircraft is under warranty, you may wish to open a ticket for repair.

You might want to try the  simple Antenna Range / Booster that will slide onto your antennas.  Link below, make sure you have the dishes pointed in the correct way because they are very directional.

C'mon Rich, tell the guy to get a Cencence

If this is happening in the Desert and you are on top of a hill there is something terribly wrong. As Rich mentioned try re-linking your gear. Just a thought, do you have the maximum distance set to max.

Rodger,  you are right about the Cendence being an awesome remote  

But we might have something else going on here...  He should be getting much better range with the standard gear

Also, I have one of these Range Extenders that I used with my Inspire 1 and know they work very well (IMO) of course they all don't work, I really like the all metal versions

I must agree. Out in the open desert and on a hill, definitely optimum conditions. Question is, the Inspire or the RC ? It would be nice if he could borrow another RC.
