I bought a dji phantom 4 pro two months ago. I was shooting a video in a closed area. Dji 4 Pro moved in reverse direction and crashed. There is a damage on it. I'm sure it's not a pilot related accident. Therefore I want to get advices about what I should do? Does Dji change the product? Thank you for your help in advance.

How closed was the area?
Was it indoors, did the Phantom have GPS signal?
How much experience do you have flying the Phantom?

How closed was the area?
Was it indoors, did the Phantom have GPS signal?

It was indoor. It was a big area. And there was no GPS signal. It was in Atti mode. I've three years experience.

So opposite what you said in #5, the sensors was off.
May i ask what kind of place this was? - flying 17.8km/h raising at 8.6km/h in atti mode it's gotta be big.

Nope, all sensors are on in Atti Mode. Therefore, it was open.
Some sensors are off in Sports Mode.
Yes, the place was big. It is a factory (1000*500*10 meters).

Some place out the ordinary in deed, but still you are 2 seconds from hitting the roof in the screenshot above.
