my ronin isnt currently working i have also never updated my ronin i have downloaded the ronin assistant software v2.5 ronin is currently set up balanced etc plugged into my pc using the dji provided cable i open the app and nothing is detected everything on main page is 0 unsure if thats normal i have tried this with the gimbal powered on and off seperately upgrade page is nearly blank, batery info is a bunch of  -.- my ronins symptoms are as follows after device is balanced and set up i turn on the ronin motors do not start they hiss like silent mode but the do not move i open the ronin assistant app on my phone and ronin is not detected battery is on a full charge
