It is a little not clear - at you there always there is a controller with a ruler and strictly measures these most 100 meters?
In my practice - if the drone flew above 20 meters up it no longer interests anyone. Perhaps, the problem is a little exaggerated?

Think you might have misunderstood me. I'm actually not interested in flying more than 100 meters vertically. That is fine by me. What I would like is the possibility of flying farther away in the horizontal plane, but I'm limited to 100 meters in both directions.
